both the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 have been recently launched and are now put up for sale for the sweet holiday shopping period. Those of you that have an Xbox 360 or a PlayStation 3 are probably thinking of upgrading your gaming gear. To make up your mind, you can have a look at interesting discoveries we found from the teardown of the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
Besides hardware and the gaming experience, a very important thing to take into consideration when deciding between the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 is the number of exclusive game titles each of them comes with. Personally, I don’t understand why game developers don’t choose both platforms, but it’s probably the conditions imposed by Sony and Microsoft. Prices are almost the same, so no differences here.

Rory Young from Neoseeker has the most extensive list of game exclusive for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. It’s pretty hard to decide a winner and it all depends on what type of games you want to play. Also, it’s interesting to observe that a lot of the post-launch PlayStation 4 games are available for digital downloads. In fact, Sony’s gaming console loses the fight against Xbox One in exclusive console and Windows launches, but wins it in the digital department. Should this be taken as a sign that Sony is preparing for cloud gaming? Let’s wait and see.
